How long does it take for my order to ship?

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment, excluding holidays. . 
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared, and up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex: Black Friday & Holiday sales

 

How do I track my item?


You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

PayPal & Credit/Debit cards are the only forms of payment accepted.

Does my billing address have to match the shipping address?

Yes. We are only able to ship to the billing address provided during checkout.
 

I entered the wrong address on my order. Can I change it??

 

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us, there will be a reshipment fee of $7 due prior to reshipment and a restocking fee. 
*Once an item has shipped we are unable to make changes to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes.

 

I missed the delivery, how do I obtain my order?

 

If your tracking information stated “notice left” please contact UPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned back to us. If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
